Due to ongoing expansion, we have a vacancy for a Customer Care Advisor/ Administrator role . The ideal candidate will possess strong will have experience in a similar role,
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs while providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow with the service department.
- Handle customer queries or complaints with empathy and understanding whilst managing customer expectations.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services, including oil changes, brake repairs, alignments, and more.
- Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure all necessary repairs are completed efficiently.
- Liaise with finance companies to resolve customer issues.
- Manage courtesy car allocation
- Manage bookings with external garage for warranty repair work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair.
- Familiarity with various automotive systems including transmissions, diesel engines, air brakes, shocks & struts, alignment, suspension, tire service, and auto body repair.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Ability to perform auto estimating and service writing effectively.
- Cash handling experience is required.
