Screendog Productions, BAFTA-winning and multi award-winning producers of high-quality television and creative content, are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / PA to support our growing team.
This varied role sits at the heart of the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy working environment. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the company, providing administrative, operational and executive support across a range of activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings for the Managing Director and Executive team
- Acting as the main point of contact for office administration and day-to-day operations
- Organising travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
- Managing shared inboxes, filing systems and cloud-based drives
- Coordinating office equipment, supplies and general facilities requirements
- Supporting project logistics and scheduling when required
- Preparing and maintaining contracts, agreements and company documentation
- Taking ownership of administrative processes and identifying ways to improve efficiency
- Providing general support to the wider team and assisting with ad hoc business needs
- Social media and website updates
- Coordination support for digital content as and when required
- Coordination support for broadcast content as and when required
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of three years' experience in an office management, operations, executive assistant, personal assistant or senior administrative role
- Be confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a proactive and professional approach to problem-solving
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
- Be proficient working on Mac.
- Be proficient working in Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint.
- Have experience in working with Adobe apps and Canva.
- Have experience in working with Squarespace and social media apps.
