Junior Client Services Executive
Working in a fast-paced creative marketing team, this role is to support the Account Managers and Designers, co-ordinate, and traffic projects through the agency, manage the daily relationship with clients and work with external suppliers to make sure we deliver projects on time and on budget.
We are looking for someone with a great ‘can do’ attitude, someone who understands the importance of customer service and is prepared to go that extra mile to ensure we deliver over and above our client’s expectations.
The Junior Client Services Executive will demonstrate an excellent level of ‘attention to detail’ and the ability to work to tight deadlines along with great communication skills.
Ideally educated to A level standard the candidate must have a good command of the English Language, and be computer literate with knowledge of Apple systems, Excel, and Office.

Job description
Working hours: Monday to Friday – 8.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
Reporting to the Managing Director
Full training will be given.
Key responsibilities
· Checking briefs from the Account Manager
· Working alongside the Production team to co-ordinate the workflow between the Account Managers and the Creative studio
· Liaising with Clients directly
· Liaising with external suppliers
· Assisting with the co-ordination of printed requirements from quote through to delivery
· Ensuring clear communication between the Account Management team and Creative studio
· Proof Reading, Reviewing/Signing Off artwork as and when applicable
· General office duties.
Essential skills and experience
· Have a high attention to detail
· Numeracy skills
· Have good organisational and communication skills
· Be able to work as part of a team as well as working individually
· Good Microsoft Office/Exel skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired skills and experience, but not essential
· Experience in using Mac-based systems
