We’re looking for a friendly, organised and professional Part-Time Nursery Administrator (25 hours per week) to join our welcoming team at St. George’s Nursery at our beautiful Bobblewood setting in Thurnby.
Your Role
As Nursery Administrator, you will:
Welcome families and visitors in a warm and professional manner
Manage nursery enquiries, emails, and telephone calls
Support admissions, enrolment paperwork, and nursery administration
Maintain accurate child and staff records using digital systems
Support the Nursery Manager with compliance, policies, and documentation
Assist with ordering supplies and general office organisation
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have previous administration or receptionist experience
Are confident using Microsoft Office / Excel and digital systems
Have strong organisational and communication skills
Can multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
Are professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
