About the role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support classroom learning across KS1-2

Working with small groups and on a 1:1 basis

Assist with literacy, numeracy and classroom activities

Supporting students with additional learning needs

Help monitor student progress and engagement and provide feedback to teachers
What are we looking for?

2:1 degree or higher in Education, Psychology, English, Maths or a related subject from a leading university

A passion for education and child development

Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

An aspiration to gain experience in preparation for teacher training

Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
