Clayewater Homes are looking for Skilled Groundworkers. They will join our existing in house team to help deliver our groundworks for existing and upcoming sites in North Devon.
Ideal candidates:
Reliability and having a good attitude towards hard work in an outdoor environment is essential. You must be able to take direction as well as use your own initiative and be a strong team player.
- You will have been a Groundworker for over 3 years (Desired)
- You would have worked on Residential sites for a Groundworks Contractor or in a similar capacity.
- NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Ground working (Desired)
- Valid CSCS/CPCS card (Desired)
- You will have some of the following tickets: Operative or Supervisor Street works, Confined Spaces, Abrasive Wheels, Dumper/Roller, 360, ADT.
- A good attitude & strong work ethic
