Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Maintenance Engineer based within the M25
This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys a varied role, meeting customers, working independently and being part of a supportive team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for keeping customers' refrigeration and air conditioning equipment operating efficiently, safely and reliably.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing of refrigeration and/or air conditioning equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining filters and associated equipment
- Identifying faults, issues and potential problems before they become major breakdowns
- Reporting any equipment requiring further engineering attention to the office
- Carrying out routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Advising customers on any issues identified during visits
- Building strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly service
- Working independently while remaining part of a close-knit engineering team
- Completing service reports and job documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an engineer with a genuine refrigeration maintenance background who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of customer service.
Essential:
- F-Gas qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in refrigeration and/or air conditioning
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- A professional approach and good attention to detail
