We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and reliable Chef de Partie / Line Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
The Role
As a Chef de Partie / Line Chef, you will be responsible for managing your section, preparing high-quality dishes and ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen meets our brand standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver smooth service whilst maintaining consistency, cleanliness and efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing exceptional food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to company specifications.
- Take ownership of your designated section during service.
- Ensure all food is prepared, cooked and presented to the highest standards.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation throughout your shift.
- Follow all food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures.
- Ensure ingredients are correctly stored, labelled and rotated.
- Assist with stock control and minimise food waste.
- Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Help train and support junior kitchen staff where required.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workstation at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Chef or strong Commis Chef looking to progress.
- Experience working in a busy restaurant kitchen.
- Passion for producing high-quality food with consistency.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
