Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Logistic Coordinator will liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the internal communication systems.
- Printing of orders through WMS.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes
- Booking in of outbounds to b2b and b2c customers.
- Engage with other internal departments to ensure operational delivery.
- Keep all relevant systems up to date and inform all parties of changes.
- Deal with operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete all relevant admin daily.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transport companies to facilitate smooth logistics processes.
- Produce weekly management reports.
- Experience
- Experience in a similar role in the Transport /Logistics industry
- Experience of working with service partners and 3PL
- Able to retain information and learn - willing to develop and progress
- Strong IT and admin skills
- Competent using Warehouse Management Systems - preferably Mintsoft
- Attention to detail, high standards
- Solutions focused, meets deadlines and prioritizes effectively while working at pace and under pressure
- Resilience, able to adapt to market changes and customer demand
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
