Prestige Leisure is one of the UK’s leading branded apparel distributors, supplying premium clothing and accessories to customers across multiple sectors. We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Coordinator to join our growing commercial team and help drive operational excellence across our sales function.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with sales support, coordination, or commercial administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career within a leading branded apparel business.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the sales function, helping to ensure customer enquiries, quotations, reporting, CRM administration, and pipeline activity are managed efficiently and professionally.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, Account Managers, and BDMs, you’ll help maintain strong customer service standards and support the smooth operation of the commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day commercial administration
- Coordinating customer enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
- Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records within HubSpot CRM
- Assisting with pipeline management, reporting, and sales activity tracking
- Producing sales reports and KPI updates
- Supporting customer onboarding and account setup processes
- Monitoring quote follow-ups and response times
- Helping improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in sales coordination, sales support, or commercial administration
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Desirable
- HubSpot experience
- Sales reporting or commercial operations experience
- Experience supporting BDM or account management teams
