Job Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Officers to join our relief team at a prestigious Leisure Centre complex. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff. This role requires keen observational skills and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Officer will play a crucial role in surveillance and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Duties
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance.
- Deter antisocial behaviour in and around the Centre.
- Provide exemplary customer service to visitors.
- Respond to incidents as and when required.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on professionalism at all times.
- Ability to work shifts in afternoons / evenings.
- Must hold valid SIA licence.
- Must have right to work in UK.
Work Pattern
Adhoc shifts from 15:00-22:00 Mon to Friday and 15:00-21:00 at weekends.
Renumeration
£13.50/hr
Pay: £13.50 per hour
