ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Fork Lift Counterbalance Driver to join our client's dynamic team in Corby.
The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries and moving products around the warehouse and production areas
- Ensuring materials and finished products are stored correctly and safely
- Supporting production and warehouse teams with the movement of stock and pallets
- Carrying out daily forklift checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Assisting with other general warehouse duties as required
- Driving the FLT on the road to another company yard, approximately 150 metres away, to refill with gas
Requirements:
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence/certificate
- Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift is essential
- Valid car driving licence – essential, as the successful candidate will be required to drive the FLT on the road to another company yard, approximately 150 metres away, to refill with gas
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong team-player mentality and positive attitude
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred

Monday – Friday
08:00 – 16:00
Pay Rate:
£14.00 per hour
