Hospitality Manager – Botley Hill Farmhouse, Warlingham, Surrey
This is not just another pub manager’s role.
Botley Hill Farmhouse is a beautiful country inn with four boutique bedrooms, three luxury shepherd’s huts and sits alongside one of Surrey’s leading wedding and events venues, The Barn at Botley Hill.
We are looking for someone with personality, warmth and ambition to help take the Farmhouse to the next level.
You’ll be someone who genuinely loves people. You enjoy walking the floor, welcoming guests, leading a team by example and creating memorable experiences. You understand that outstanding hospitality is about making every guest feel special.
You’ll work closely with the owners and senior management to continue developing one of the South East’s most exciting countryside hospitality businesses.

The Role
- Lead the front-of-house team.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee restaurant, bar and accommodation operations.
- Help grow food, beverage and bedroom revenue.
- Recruit, coach and develop the team.
- Work alongside our wedding and events business.
- Play a key role in the future growth of Botley Hill Farmhouse.
