We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our team. Duties
- Plan, organise, and deliver engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support children's social, emotional, and behavioural development through positive interaction and guidance.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team environment focused on child development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the organisation of outings, trips, and special events for children.
- Contribute to the organisation of the nursery environment to promote learning and exploration.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood setting.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills within a childcare environment.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in managing behaviour positively and effectively.
