Job Description
The Student Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and enrolling new students into the college's programmes. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or admissions who are passionate about achieving targets and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and enrol prospective students through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community outreach.
- Promote the college and its courses through social media, online campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Meet student recruitment and enrolment targets.
- Guide students through the admissions and application process.
- Build relationships with prospective students and external partners.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare recruitment reports.
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or admissions.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Strong communication and email-writing abilities.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media promotion.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Experience in the education sector is preferred.
