We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring and fun practitioner to join our team.
Applicants MUST have a full and relevant level 3 qualification in Early Years, and a ideally a minimum of 3 years experience (excluding student placement) of working in an early years setting.

The role:
The position is based in our 2 to 3 year old room, working either part time Mondays and either a Tuesday or Wednesday, 16.5 hours per week, or full time up to 43 hours per week. The hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm with one 5.30pm finish each week. Our 2 to 3 year old room has a maximum of 9 children with a minimum of two staff (additional staff may be in a room to support SEN). There is an option for somone on a part time contract to work additional hours should you wish covering staff holidays, absence and sickness.
You will be expected to take on key person responsibilities and you will be given time away from the room and children, within your normal working hours for planning and to complete children's records.
The Room Leader opportunity comes with a full induction and mentoring programme allowing time for you to become confident with our settings policies, procedures and approach to learning before taking on the additional responsibilities of this role.
