In Toto Ed Cambridge is a registered Independent Special School for students aged 11-16 years old with an education provision for post-16 students, supporting young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and mental health (MH) needs. We provide a structured, supportive and nurturing environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with education.
We are looking for a committed and proactive Teaching Assistant who is willing to go above and beyond to support students both in and out of the classroom.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students access learning, develop confidence and manage their emotional and behavioural needs. You will play a key role in supporting both academic progress and personal development.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is adaptable, resilient and confident working with students who may present additional challenges.

Experience working in education, youth work or a similar setting would be beneficial but is not essential.
