About the Role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Level 3 Qualified Nursery Bank Staff to join our team on a flexible, as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible working hours while continuing to support children’s learning and development in a high-quality early years setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the daily running of the nursery in line with the EYFS
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged [insert age range]
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Assist with observations and contribute to children’s development records
- Support children’s routines, including meals, hygiene, and rest times
- Work effectively as part of a team and adapt to different rooms as required
- Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of First Aid and Safeguarding (Training will be provided)
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Enhanced DBS check
