Who are we?
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.
The Role:
As a Door Person for Estelle Manor, you will be responsible for providing both an exceptional welcome and farewell experience to our members and guests. You will be one of the greatest ambassadors for Estelle Manor and as such you should enjoy being the focal point of guest interaction whilst delivering an outstanding service to our members and guests. With excellent knowledge of the estate to answer any queries that may come your way, your genuine passion for hosting will shine through.
Who we are looking for?
- Experience in luxury hospitality is essential.
- Excels talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.
- Someone who takes responsibility, initiative and ownership in exploring issues and generating new ideas with creative thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
The on target earning potential for this role is £16,902.40 per annum per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £15,402.40, plus a qualified estimate of £1,500 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
