We are looking for a HGV Class 2 driver to join the Toilets On The Go Team for an initial working period of 3 months (until end September) .
Although you will be mainly delivering and collecting portable toilets to/from events and short term hires there may be a requirement to also service the toilets when on site.
You will be required to load/unload, deliver/collect plastic portable toilets and using tankers emptying toilet waste.
All deliveries/collections will be throughout North West England and Yorkshire.
You will be responsible for checking your vehicle daily and reporting any defects.
The shift pattern is 5 days on, 3 days off and will cover various hours during the day depending on the customer requirement (examples to be discussed further at interview). With this shift pattern you must be available to work weekends.
What you need
· valid class 2 driving licence with a maximum of 3 points
- CPC required
- 25 plus years of age (due to insurance)
- Confident with driving tankers and flatbed trucks
· A good level of fitness and be able to complete manual handling duties
· Be reliable and enthusiastic with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
· Capable of working on your own and within a small team
· A polite and helpful manner when talking to our customers
. Good communicator with our office
. Must be willing to work in all weathers throughout the year due to the nature of company business.
