Multi trader, experienced and qualified, for expanding construction company. Skills in various building trades essential. Carpentry skills preferred 2nd fix experience.
Based in Basildon, Essex, applicants will need to be flexible in working in various locations, predominantly London & Southeast. There may be cases where work is required further afield.
Required skills to include carpentry (hanging doors, fitting kitchens), 2nd fix, plastering, minor plumbing works and general building skills. The right candidate will need to have good communication skills, with both clients and workforce.
Candidates should have a CSCS card and supply own tools, specialist equipment will be provided when necessary.
