About the Role:

We are looking for a Systems Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. You will work closely with internal teams, developers, and business stakeholders to understand processes, identify system improvements, and help deliver solutions that are efficient, scalable, and easy to use.
You will play an important role in analyzing existing systems, documenting requirements, supporting technology projects, and helping teams make informed decisions about business applications and cloud based platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Systems Analysis:
Analyze existing business systems, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies, technical issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements Gathering:
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
Process Improvement:
Review current processes and recommend practical system and workflow improvements that can increase efficiency and reduce operational issues.
System Documentation:
Create and maintain system documentation, process maps, requirements documents, user guides, and other technical materials.
Project Support:
Support technology projects from initial requirements through testing and implementation. Coordinate with developers, project teams, and business users to help ensure successful delivery.
Testing and Validation:
Assist with system testing, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and validation of new functionality before solutions are released.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non technical stakeholders. Help ensure that business needs are understood throughout the development process.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
2 to 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, IT operations, application support, or a related technology role.
Technical Understanding:
Good understanding of business applications, databases, system integrations, cloud technologies, and software development processes.
Analytical Skills:
You can investigate problems, identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and turn complex information into practical recommendations.
Documentation:
Strong ability to create clear requirements, process documentation, system specifications, and user focused technical materials.
Communication:
You are comfortable working with developers, business users, project teams, and other stakeholders. You can explain technical concepts clearly to non technical audiences.
Mindset:
You are practical, organized, curious, and solutions focused. You know how to balance technical improvements with business priorities and understand that successful technology solutions should be reliable, useful, and sustainable.
Pay: £44,088.00-£67,000.00 per year
