We're currently looking for a creative, artistic, and detail-obsessed Personalisation Operative to join our friendly and hardworking team in Lewes during our busiest time of year — the run-up to Christmas.
This is a hands-on, full-time temporary role perfect for someone with a flair for design and a steady hand, who takes pride in creating beautifully finished, personalised products.
What You’ll Be Doing
You'll be responsible for personalising a range of our bestselling gifts using our hot hand press foil stamping machines. From layout and alignment to final finish, you’ll ensure each item meets our high standards and leaves a lasting impression on our customers.
You’ll also lend a hand across the warehouse team when needed — especially with packing, dispatching, and general operations.
Main Responsibilities
Personalisation
- Use hot hand press foil stamping machines to personalise products with precision and care
- Ensure exceptional quality and accuracy in every personalised item
- Prepare and lay out designs/artwork for foil stamping
- Keep the personalisation area clean, tidy, and well-organised
- Flag and correct any quality issues promptly
General Warehouse Support
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders efficiently
- Assist with goods-in and quality control
- Support the Warehouse Manager with ad hoc tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent attention to detail – accuracy is essential in every personalised product
- Creative flair and an artistic eye for layouts, spacing, and alignment
- Confidence and experience with hands-on craft, art, or design-based tasks
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload
- Good communication and a team-player attitude
- Availability to work Sundays from 23rd November through to Christmas
- Experience with hand-press or similar personalisation machinery is a bonus, but full training will be provided

Location: This is an on-site role based in Lewes – remote work is not available for this position.
