grow, we're looking for an Airline Account Manager to join our dynamic UK team.
The Opportunity
As an Airline Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of airline clients, ensuring
strong relationships at head office, promoting the destinations they fly to and
delivering sales growth through strategic account management.
Reporting to UK & Ireland GM this a great opportunity for someone who currently
works in the travel industry or is looking to build a career in aviation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen relationships with a defined portfolio of airline
- partners across the globe.
- Working independently or with other parties such as tourism bodies, develop
- marketing plans through APG social media and other channels that will grow
- awareness of the airline and destination
- Use data analysis to identify commercial opportunities to promote the airline
- with the UK travel trade
- Produce monthly reports to highlight APG UK activity for our airline partners
- Represent your airline portfolio at meetings, trade shows, networking events,
- and industry functions.
About You
You will ideally have:
- A minimum of 2 years' commercial sales experience within the travel industry
- A proven track record of building relationships and the ability to be balancing
- a variety of tasks at any one time
- Excellent communication, presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and analytical skills with the ability to work
- independently.
- A collaborative mindset, commercial awareness, and a creative approach to
- business development.
- The ability to work at our Heathrow offices as required
- A genuine passion for travel and aviation.
