We are looking for barbers with min 1 years shop floor experience.
Probation period £130 a day.
After probation it will be renting a chair (can double earnings)
Duties
- Provide expert hair styling, cutting, trimming, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences
- Perform professional barbering services including shaves, beard trims, and classic cuts
- Engage with clients through friendly conversation, understanding their needs to deliver personalized results
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Educate clients on hair care routines and recommend suitable products for their hair type
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in hair styling and barbering to ensure top-tier service
Experience
- Proven experience in professional hair styling and barbering with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of understanding client requests clearly
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service roles is highly valued
- Certification or licensing in barbering or cosmetology preferred but not mandatory if experience is substantial
