ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Mobile SMART Repair/Fleet Maintenance Technician to cover from Warrington to Stoke on Trent, working on a self employed basis. In this dynamic field-based role, you will manage your own day-to-day schedule, providing high-quality cosmetic automotive repairs directly across your territory.
In addition to your SMART repair duties, you will play a vital role in keeping our operational business moving forward by supporting the routine maintenance of our internal fleet of vans. This responsibilty essentially involves fitting key replacement parts and tyres. No prior tyre-fitting experience? No problem full specialist training will be provided.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SMART Repairs: Carry out high-quality mobile cosmetic repairs, including bumper scuffs, minor dent removal, scratch repairs, and precision paint touch-ups.
Fleet Support: Assist in maintaining the company’s internal fleet of vans to ensure maximum uptime, optimal road performance, and safety compliance.
Parts & Tyre Fitting: Fit replacement parts and tyres efficiently on fleet vehicles as required (following the successful completion of your training).
Customer Service: Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service, representing the brand professionally at every client location.
Time Management: Autonomously manage your daily travel routes, schedule, and workload across the specified North West territory.

Experience: Proven hands-on experience in automotive SMART repair, vehicle painting, or bodywork is essential.
Adaptability: A proactive willingness to learn commercial fleet maintenance tasks, specifically mechanical parts and tyre fitting.
License: A full, valid UK driving license is strictly required.
Mindset: An independent, reliable professional who takes complete pride in their workmanship and can work effectively without constant supervision.
Flexibility: Fully able to commit to a structured 5-day working week that consistently includes working alternative weekend shifts.
