About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our growing sales team as Trainee Sales Associates. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll develop your sales skills, engage with potential customers, build strong relationships, and represent our clients with professionalism.
No previous sales experience is required, as full training, coaching, and ongoing support will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Learn and develop effective sales techniques.
- Promote products and services confidently.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Represent the company and clients to a high standard.
