Project Manager – Exhibitions and Events
Location: Office-based (Nimlok HQ)
Reporting to: Head of Project Management
We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Project Manager to join our team and deliver outstanding exhibition stand projects from concept to completion.
In this role, you'll take ownership of projects from the point of sales handover through to on-site installation, ensuring every exhibition stand is delivered seamlessly, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
What you’ll be doing:
· Planning, coordinating and delivering exhibition stand projects following handover from the sales team
· Collaborating with CAD Technicians, Production, Graphics, Digital, AV, Build Partners and Show Organisers, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard
· Project planning, purchasing and scheduling to support smooth delivery
· Attending pre-builds and site installations to support coordination and delivery
· Ensuring client experience is managed in line with agreed guidelines
· Contributing to project profitability, delivery quality and client satisfaction
· Maintaining clear internal communication to delivery against client expectations.
What we’re looking for:
· Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
· Ability to coordinate multiple teams and suppliers effectively
· Commercial awareness and ability to manage project budgets
· Understanding of CDM Regulations and health & safety processes
Bonus points for:
· Experience in events, exhibitions or construction-related industries
· Experience coordinating technical drawings and production documentation
· Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 or similar)

Salary Banding: £36,000 to £40,000 – DOE
Pay: £36,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
