Due to an exceptionally busy time, we are looking for an experienced Chef/Cook to join our established family-run business at Plas Hyfryd Hotel, a 3 star Hotel located in the heart of Narberth. We have a strong Business Tourism trade throughout the week with many regular returning overnight guests and a steady week trade, weekends open up to functions and events. Our busy and productive kitchen serves breakfast, afternoon tea, residents evening meals, aswell as buffets and banqueting.
We pride ourselves on good, friendly and professional service of our beautiful food in stylish, relaxed surroundings that oozes character.

Skills Required to Succeed:
1. Suitable for an existing Chef/Cook who would be ready for a new challenge.
2. Have a genuine knowledge and passion for preparing quality food with fresh, local produce.
3. Strong communication skills to work with a good team.
4. Maintain our excellent Health & Hygiene procedures and score.
5. Hands-on approach to cleaning and preparing and cooking of food, whilst assisting in organising, supervising and running the kitchen efficiently, ensuring a teamwork approach.
6. Hold a minimum of Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification.
7. Have the ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
