Duties
- Lead and motivate team members during your shift to deliver outstanding customer service and efficient food production
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served consistently
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including managing workflow, inventory, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures
- Support team members with training, coaching, and supervising to promote a collaborative work environment
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and manage shift schedules to optimize productivity
Requirements
- Proven supervising or team management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Experience with food safety standards and food production processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures, including serving and hospitality best practices
- Ability to handle fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in culinary roles such as barista experience or hotel food service is a plus
