Holiday Camp Sports Coach
Sports Stars Education is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and energetic coaches to join our team during the school holidays.
Based at our holiday camps in Redditch, Bromsgrove and Stratford-upon-Avon, you'll lead groups of 10–20 children aged 4–13, delivering exciting sports, games and activities in a fun, safe and inclusive environment.
Whether you're an experienced coach, a PE student, a teacher, or someone who loves working with children through sport, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead groups of 10–20 children aged 4–13 throughout the day.
- Deliver fun, engaging sports sessions, games and team-building activities.
- Create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where every child can participate and enjoy themselves.
- Adapt activities to suit different ages, abilities and confidence levels.
- Encourage teamwork, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Set up and pack away sports equipment.
- Work closely with the camp team to ensure every child has a fantastic holiday camp experience.
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Confident leading and engaging groups of children.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and approachable.
- Passionate about sport and working with children.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable, organised and punctual.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous coaching, teaching or childcare experience is desirable but not essential.
- Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
