We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for style, offering a range of hair services including colouring, cutting, and styling. Responsibilities
- Providing professional hair styling services such as cuts, colour treatments, blow-drying, and specialised styling
- Delivering personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Managing the front desk duties including appointment scheduling, client check-in/out, and maintaining the salon’s organisation
- Upselling additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas, including sterilising tools and sanitising stations
- Building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a comprehensive understanding of current trends and techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments efficiently and maintain salon standards
- Professional attitude with a keen eye for detail and creativity in styling
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as required
