We are looking to recruit hard working, enthusiastic individuals who have the drive and resilience to provide excellent and effective support to people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their lives to the full and enable them to achieve their full potential.
Part-Time and Full-Time Posts available. You will be required to work on a rota basis which includes a share of daytime, evening and weekend shifts and will include sleep-in duties by roster. We plan rotas in advance to aid your work/life balance.
We provide a comprehensive training package, so you are equipped to support tenants with all aspects of daily living and to meet their individual complex needs.
This is a great opportunity to share your hobbies and interests and natural skills in communication and support to build positive relationships.
Experience is not essential but desirable. Full training and development opportunities will be provided.
Competitive salary paid. £14.03 per hour
