UGC Paid Ads Creator
MailBakes | Ongoing Freelance Role | Remote
We’re looking for one UGC creator to work closely with MailBakes on an ongoing basis, creating content specifically for our paid ads.
The aim is to build a strong feedback loop between the creator and our performance marketing team, using real ad results to improve each new batch of content.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Joining one weekly creative meeting to review ad learnings
- Creating one core video per week with three different hooks, using the same body and CTA to keep filming efficient
- Using previous ad performance to improve each new batch of content
- Running approved content as partnership ads through your account
What We’re Looking For
- Confident and natural on camera
- Able to turn ad learnings into authentic, natural content
- Comfortable receiving and implementing direct feedback
- Reliable with weekly deadlines
- Clear and consistent communication
- Interested in learning what makes paid social content perform
Payment
- Uncapped performance bonuses when your videos scale (Agreed before starting.)
This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to grow alongside the brand and become closely involved in our creative process.
