Job description/Role
Vocon Energy are looking to expand our diverse network of engineers as we are going to recruit more plumbers to support one of our blue-chip clients in the North West area.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PLUMBERS WHO HAVE MINIMUM 5YEARS+ IN DOMESTIC PLUMBING
Details:
· Upgrading mainly Internal and some external water meters
· Installing/amendment of pipework where required
· Monday – Friday work.
· Potential for Overtime and Out of Hours work
· A minimum of 5 years work programmed and ready to deliver
Engineer Requirements
- Full UK Driving License with no more than 6 penalty points
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification and 5+ years experience in domestic plumbing. Previous water meter installation experience would be an advantage for any applicant.
- Ability to use handheld IT device to complete and record jobs
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Willingness to develop within the industry
- Ability and understanding that the work is covering the North West area and you can be in any area of the North West day to day.
· Excellent verbal communication and people skills as will be talking to customers daily explaining the process of the project and the works required
· Previous plumbing skills essential
The Package
- Incentivized payment model, to ensure quality and quantity installations.
- Forecasted annual income of £30,000 - £45,000+ dependent on quality of installations and quantity of installations. Price per install model in place.
- All engineers will be on price per install model.
- PPE will be supplied
- Vehicle and fuel card will be provided
- Opportunity to progress and develop new skills within the industry
- 2 week robust onboarding and training program
·Full support in the induction phase and throughout.
Location: Various regions covering the entire North West region.
