Job Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies, attract top talent, and build a high-performing workforce. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and recruitment expertise.
What you'll do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.
- Manage candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with employment policies and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or workforce planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
