Summary
Join N&N Dental Group as a part-time Cleaner at New Smile Company, North Shields, NE29 7HX. In this role, you will help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our patients and staff, supporting our mission to provide exceptional dental care.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms, waiting areas, and staff facilities.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist with waste disposal and restocking supplies.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently to support a hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the clinic’s cleanliness standards
- Cover Verne Road Dental Practice (sister site across the road) when required for times such as other cleaners sickness or annual leave
- Cleaning materials and products provide by the practice
Desired attributes
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable with good time management skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare or dental settings is a plus.

- Mon 06:00 - 08:00 OR 18:00 to 20:00
- Tues 06:00 - 08:00 OR 18:00 to 20:00
- Wed 06:00 - 08:00 OR 17:30 to 19:30
- Thurs 06:00 - 08:00 OR 17:30 to 19:30
- Fri 06:00 - 08:00 OR 17:00 to 19:00
Total of 10 hours per week, 2 hours per day. Morning or evening shifts available to dicuss
