Creative Hospitality & Workshop Coordinator
Can you cook, make great coffee, and run creative workshops?
We’re looking for a talented, multi-skilled person to join our small team at Art House in the heart of Eastbourne.
This is a full-time position for someone who loves hospitality, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a creative environment. No two days are the same – one day you might be preparing food in the kitchen, the next serving coffee, hosting customers, or helping to deliver inspiring workshops and events.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience working in a kitchen
* Food hygiene knowledge (essential)
* Confidence making coffee and working front of house
* Excellent customer service skills
* A creative mindset and enthusiasm for arts, crafts, or workshops
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
* Flexibility with working hours
Hours:
The role includes:
* Daytime shifts
* Some evening shifts
* One regular weekend day
Flexibility is essential.
