We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Manager to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store.
*Responsibilities*
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organised sales floor
- Manage staff and small rota.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale system
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels for weekly ordering of restocks from head office
*Skills*
- Ability to sell products effectively
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish or other languages is advantageous
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic maths skills for processing transactions and handling cash
