Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
BT Local Business is seeking confident, target-driven Sales Lead Generators to join our Norwich office, supporting business growth for one of the UK’s leading telecom brands.
Role
- Outbound calling to business customers
- Engaging decision makers and generating leads
- Booking appointments for Account Managers
- Supporting sales campaigns and business development
- Delivering excellent customer service

- Confident on the phone with a professional manner
- Motivated by targets and earning potential
- Hunter mentality
- Resilient, positive, and eager to learn
- Sales or cold calling experience essential
- Strong communication skills
- Must be reliable
What We Offer
- £25,000 basic salary
- Up to £45,000 OTE
- Monthly incentives and commission
- £1,500 salary increase after probation if targets achieved in months 4, 5, 6
