Bartlett are currently looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our busy team based at our Exeter office.
The role will primarily involve the installation, commissioning and replacement of commercial air conditioning systems across a wide range of customer sites, including the NHS, education, hospitality, retail, government agencies, offices and leisure centres. Occasional refrigeration installation work may also be required.
Experience installing equipment from leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Samsung would be highly beneficial.

Bartlett is an employee-owned company, established in 1958, specialising in the installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across the South West from our three branches in Exeter, Plymouth and Redruth.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Contracts Manager and Project Team to deliver installation projects, recording completed works electronically using a company tablet.
The majority of our installation projects are located throughout Devon, Somerset and Cornwall. The standard working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, with overtime regularly available as required.
You may also be required to assist other areas of the business, including the Service Team, as necessary.
Ideally, you will have:
· Proven experience installing commercial air conditioning systems.
· F-Gas Category 1 Certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent).
· A minimum of 3 years' industry experience.
· Experience installing split, multi-split, VRF/VRV and heat pump systems.
· Experience installing equipment from leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba and Samsung would be advantageous.
· Good electrical knowledge, including the ability to read wiring diagrams.
· Excellent pipework, brazing and installation skills.
· A high standard of workmanship.
· CSCS Card and knowledge of safe working practices
· Full UK driving licence.
· Willingness to attend manufacturer and industry training.
In return, Bartlett offer:
· £37,500–£44,500 basic salary (depending on experience)
