Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various D&B civils and structure projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of project management methodologies and be confindent on interpreting drawings. You will be responsible for coordinating information cohoorelation, resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that project objectives are met while adhering to quality standards.
Duties
- Lead project preconstruction and construction planing , defining project scope programme construction phasing , goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Utilise project management skills into ensuring construction progress management and manage tasks effectively.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions to ensure all stakeholders information is comunicated to construction site teams.
- Develop detailed construction project schedules ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of project status and changes.
- Manage team dynamics and foster a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and morale.
- Prepare regular status reports and presentations for senior management using tools such as Visio and SharePoint.
- Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience inconstruction project management/site management.
- Strong skills in manging teams and requirements gathering and documentation.
- Familiarity with demolition, civils and concrete steel structures.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to identify issues proactively.
- Experience in permanenet and temporary works .
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
