Due to continued growth, we’re recruiting for two warehouse operatives to join our operation in Tetbury. This is a permanent opportunity with a company that values its people and offers long-term stability and prospects. Our new team-members will assist with a variety of warehouse tasks. The successful candidates will have a background in order picking, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am to 5:00pm
- Opportunity to work overtime payable at time and a half
Key Responsibilities
- This hands-on role will involve using scanners and barcodes to locate the correct items, accurately picking items from bins using forklifts or machinery where necessary.
- Operating MHE equipment, including High-Level Order Pickers and Forklift Trucks, once fully trained and authorised
- Performing manual handling and moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Valid driving licence and access to your own transport due to the location, live within a 30-minute commute
- Order picking experience
- Be able to meet the physical demands of the role, including regular manual handling.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Bring a positive, proactive approach to work
