About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing & Social Media Apprentice to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in marketing to gain hands-on experience across social media, content creation, campaigns, and brand communications — while working towards a recognised marketing qualification.
You'll work closely with our marketing team, learning the ropes of digital marketing while contributing real ideas and content that reach our audience from day one.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, etc.)
- Help draft engaging copy for social posts, email newsletters, and blog content
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement
- Support the team with basic graphic design and short-form video editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis
- Help track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
- Support the planning and promotion of events, launches, or campaigns
- Contribute fresh ideas for content trends and audience engagement
- Assist with general marketing administrative tasks
What We're Looking For
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and content creation
- Strong written communication skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and current trends
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar (a plus, not required)
- A proactive, curious attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- No prior professional experience required — this role is designed for someone at the start of their career
What You'll Gain
- Hands-on training across all areas of marketing and social media
- A dedicated mentor and structured learning plan
- Opportunity to work towards a recognised Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship qualification
- Real-world experience building a professional portfolio
- Exposure to campaign strategy, content creation, and analytics
- Potential for a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
