We are looking for a reliable, friendly and engaging coach to deliver fun, inclusive group activity sessions in care homes across the Oxford / Aylesbury area.
These sessions are designed for older adults, including those with limited mobility or dementia. The focus is on participation, enjoyment and creating a positive, social environment — not competition.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver structured, engaging group sessions
- Encourage participation from all ability levels
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere
- Lead sessions independently and confidently
What we’re looking for:
- Confident leading groups
- Friendly, patient and encouraging personality
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Experience in coaching, fitness, teaching or care is helpful (but not essential)
- Driving licence and access to a car
When are sessions?
- Weekday mornings and afternoons
- Flexible — ideal alongside other coaching or part-time work
