About the role
As part of our housekeeping team you will need real enthusiasm, energy and commitment in delivering the highest levels of customer experience. You are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100%. A winning personality is a must for this role!
You will embark upon Hilton's Clean Stay procedures and take pride in maintaining excellent high standards of cleaning.
Housekeeping experience is essential.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Able to keep self motivation
- Excellent communication skills
- Looking professional, being punctual, polite, courteous and helpful to guests and colleagues at all times.
- Being inspirational, going out of your way to make the guest journey, one they will never forget.
- Being flexible in responsibilities, work as a team, delivering great customer service together!
