Emergency Response Dispatcher
South Manchester / Cheshire
We are recruiting an experienced, calm and reliable Emergency Response Dispatcher to join a busy 24-hour operational environment.
The role requires someone who can assess live information, prioritise effectively, communicate clearly and remain composed when managing time-sensitive situations.
Experience in emergency dispatch, control rooms, call handling, roadside assistance, transport coordination, alarm monitoring or another fast-paced operational environment would be advantageous.
You must be:
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Highly organised and accurate
- A clear and professional communicator
- Comfortable making decisions
- Reliable, discreet and able to work independently
Shift pattern
Four on, four off rotation:
- Two day shifts
- Two night shifts
- Four days off
