Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Dispose of waste responsibly, ensuring bins are emptied regularly and recycling protocols are followed.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, toilet rolls, and other consumables to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety guidelines meticulously during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor for swift resolution.
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures to maximize efficiency and consistency across all areas.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning and Airbnb work is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends as needed.
