ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR needed at our Hatch Mill care home for older people, in Farnham, Surrey with occasional travel to other care homes
Job Description: Support with creating, planning and delivering activities, outings, and events.
Experience : Must have professional care experience. Must be a car driver and hold a UK driving licence.
37.5 hours per week. 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (Tuesday day off) plus alternate weekends with ad hoc hours to support events in the care homes.
Reports to the Registered Manager.
