Product Catalogue Assistant – Temporary Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Catalogue Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, office-based temporary position until 18 December 2026, with the possibility of a permanent contract subject to business needs and individual performance.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with product data, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
About the Role
As a Product Catalogue Assistant, you will support the day-to-day management of our product catalogue, ensuring products are accurately priced, well-presented, and kept up to date across our sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining new product SKUs.
- Setting up and updating product pricing.
- Carrying out regular price updates and ensuring pricing accuracy.
- Gathering and maintaining product information, specifications, images, and other relevant content.
- Creating and managing product listings across various online selling channels.
- Monitoring upcoming promotions and ensuring product information and pricing are updated accordingly.
- Assisting with other product-related administration and catalogue management tasks as required.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure product information is accurate and consistent.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work accurately and efficiently with large amounts of product data.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in product administration, catalogue management, e-commerce, or a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.
